Joy Sutherland - Service Delivery Manager Joy brings 20 + years experience in the IT industry primarily in hardware, software sales and IT recruitment services, based in the UK and Australia. Originally trained by Honeywell in their Stars program in hardware sales, she eventually moved into selling various software packages and professional services. Through selling professional services, Joy saw a natural progression into the IT recruitment industry, concentrating efforts in selling contractors and permanent placements across a range of industries and technologies. Her area of expertise in recruitment covers all technical roles from pc support, development through to project management. Scoping all vertical and horizontal market opportunities within client's environments. Joy’s aim is to ensure a professional client relationship management style that clearly defines deliverables and service, as well as terms of trade. Joy rates her strengths on building relations with her clients based on a consultative approach, working together in a partner style methodology. This entails listening to their requirements and gaining an in depth understanding of their technical needs as well as the very important cultural fit. Joy's focus is on service delivery, and providing solutions. Therefore rates the matching of the applicant's skill base to the client's requirement in all aspects as paramount to this. This involves spending time understanding the client environment and needs in order to be able define and interpret this back to the applicant and qualify their suitability. Joy prides herself on a high level of integrity and an honest approach to both sides of the recruitment cycle, which in turn delivers a high level of service. The last 9 years has seen Joy develop a Major Bank into a Key account where she was able to win them through a tender process and subsequently secure the Bank as a PSA.

Beccy Lois - Candidate Manager Beccy brings 7 years IT recruitment experience to the Cyber Placements team, primarily focused on candidate management. Beccy offers an accessible and adaptable approach to recruitment, placing importance on the value of communication with candidates at all levels through the recruitment process. A natural facilitator, Beccy enjoys meeting the requirements of both candidate and client – creating the best possible outcome for both parties.

Zoe Campbell - Account Manager Zoe is an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant with over 15 years hands on experience working with digital media and business systems covering: marketing/sales, networking, training and IT support. With a career that commenced in the IT industry, Zoe brings an in depth understanding of the industry from both the perspective of a IT professional and recruiter. Her background includes time spent in multimedia, software and hardware sales, software development, installation, training and PC support. She operated her own IT recruitment agency Excel Personnel for many years which enables her to understand the common business challenges. Zoe’s expertise lies in connecting the client’s unique requirements with the applicant’s skill and evolving career path. Zoe enjoys helping employers build Information Technology talent acquisition programs to attract, recruit and retain high performing staff. Zoe uses a consultative approach, listening to client needs and unique requirements to gain an comprehensive understanding of their ideal candidate.

Sharon Shields - Non Executive Director Sharon brings experience as private company director as well as greater than 20 years of work experience in various roles including executive & technical management, managing large-scale projects and large scale workforces with significant capital & operational budgets. Sharon’s strength lies in managing people and influencing outcomes through enabling collaboration and this enables the Cyber Placement team to deliver a truly consultative approach to doing business. Sharon brings qualifications including a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Green Belt in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, an MBA in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Engineering.
